Our Projects

Care & Cope

Project Full Name: PLAY-AI: Exploiting AI to boost youth employability

Duration: 01.09.2025 - 31.12.2026

Sector: KA210-ADU - Small-scale partnerships in adult education

Project Number: TBA

Website: TBA

In the Care & Cope project, we are committed to supporting women who take on primary caregiving roles for spouses, ageing parents, or other loved ones with serious health challenges. Our initiative focuses on the well-being of women caregivers by offering emotional support, resilience-building strategies, self-care practices, and opportunities for community connection and personal growth. While our primary audience is women aged 18 to 60+ in caregiving roles, we also extend support to community workers and mental health professionals.

Recognising the profound impact caregiving can have on both personal and professional life, Care & Cope addresses the challenges women face when balancing care with other responsibilities. Many are forced to step away from education or employment, leading to marginalisation and economic insecurity. Returning to work often presents further obstacles: outdated or mismatched skills, alongside the emotional strain of long-term caregiving, can make re-entry difficult. This combination of burnout and limited opportunities can reinforce cycles of disadvantage, leaving many women carers vulnerable.

PLAY-AI

Project Full Name: PLAY-AI: Exploiting AI to boost youth employability

Duration: 01.10.2025 - 30.09.2027

Sector: KA220-YOU - Cooperation partnerships in youth

Project Number: TBA

Website: TBA

The PLAY-AI project aims to build young people's AI literacy skills so that they can navigate, adapt and cope effectively in an AI-integrated workplace. Given the transformative role that youth work plays in the lives of young people, especially when supporting them to transition from school to employment, the PLAY-AI project will partner with youth work professionals as key intermediaries and multipliers and enhance their role as facilitators and coaches through a new future-forward CPD programme.

The PLAY-AI objectives are to (1) design and implement a series of gamified learning experiences that embed AI literacy learning within youth work settings; (2) equip youth workers with the resources to build AI literacy aligned to DigComp2.2 taking note of the requirements under the new EU AI Act; (3) enhance the digital competence & AI literacy of youth so that they are prepared for AI-integrated workplaces; (4) build the resilience and adaptability skills of young people to navigate workplace.

Beyond Fear

Project Full Name: BEYOND FEAR - Building Safer Workplaces for Women

Duration: 01.11.2025 - 31.10.2027

Sector: KA220-ADU - Cooperation partnerships in adult education

Project Number: TBA

Website: TBA

The BEYOND FEAR project aims to prevent and manage gender-based violence in the workplace, promoting safety and inclusion. As highlighted by the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE, 2022), workplace harassment takes many forms: from psychological abuse such as mobbing and bullying, to isolation and sexual violence, including unwanted advances, sexist comments, or blackmail. These behaviours not only harm the victims, causing anxiety, depression, and loss of self-esteem, but also undermine productivity and organisational performance, with far-reaching impacts on businesses.

Moreover, many victims lack the skills to recognise and address such situations. At the same time, employers, even with good intentions, are often unaware of the magnitude of the problem or lack adequate tools to prevent and manage it. This gap results in unsafe environments, damages corporate reputation, and contributes to the impunity of perpetrators, obstructing the creation of equitable and inclusive workplaces. Therefore, the main objectives include raising awareness among female workers about their rights and violence prevention, providing practical tools to recognise and address harassment and abuse, and supporting companies in implementing policies and practices that foster respectful and safe work environments.

Net Zero Heroes

Project Full Name: Net Zero Heroes - Advancing the Role of Women in Green Tech Sectors

Duration: 01.10.2025 - 30.09.2027

Sector: KA220-VET - Cooperation partnerships in vocational education and training

Project Number: TBA

Website: TBA

The Net Zero Hero project aims to attract more women to VET programmes in the green tech sector through awareness campaigns and role models showcasing successful careers in STEM. It will develop a bespoke mentoring programme for female VET learners led by women. It will also provide specialised green guidance training for VET teachers, career guidance officers and trainers to enhance their understanding of green career opportunities and promote female talent for greater inclusion in the net-zero industry.

The Net Zero Hero project will:

1) Develop a series of multi-media online campaigns developed with our multi-stakeholder panels to attract more female applicants to relevant VET programmes in the green tech sector.

2) Engage female role models from local, regional, and national communities to highlight successful careers in green technology and STEM fields, inspiring and encouraging young women and VET learners to explore and pursue VET pathways in the net-zero industry;

3) Design and pilot a bespoke mentoring programme by women in the sector for girls in the final stage of their VET programme or when entering the sector

4) Provide specific training to career guidance officers, teachers and trainers in VET schools, training centres and public employment services to raise awareness about green/clean technology career opportunities and female potential.

Voices of Change

Project Full Name: Voices of Change (VOC): enhancing girls with migration background to cooperate in women policies in the European Consultative Body for Migrant Girls Civic Engagement

Sector: CERV-2023-CITIZENS-CIV - Call for proposals to foster citizens’ engagement and participation

Project Number: 101146514

Website: https://voc-project.eu/

The Voices of Change (VOC) project tackles the disengagement of young people—particularly girls from migrant backgrounds—from traditional democratic participation. It promotes active citizenship, greater inclusion, and empowers these girls to engage meaningfully in democratic life.

Central to the project is the creation of a European Consultative Body for Civic Engagement of Migrant Girls, uniting both migrant and local girls to participate in policymaking and contribute to the design of policies affecting migrants and refugees. By focusing on girls from both non-European and European partner countries, VOC fosters mutual respect, cultural understanding, and deeper democratic involvement.

The project aims to equip migrant and refugee girls with a better understanding of the policymaking process, connect them with EU institutions, and create opportunities for them to express their views on key issues. It raises awareness of their rights and EU values, encourages democratic participation, and ensures their voices—especially on intersectional concerns—are heard by decision-makers.

VOC also focuses on establishing and strengthening the functionality of the consultative body as a sustainable platform for civic engagement. The project brings together 21 partners and one associated partner from 16 countries, working collaboratively to build capacity, share best practices, and extend their impact across Europe. It further involves citizens, migrants, associations, and a wide range of social and political groups to ensure broad relevance and effectiveness.

Elevate

Project Full Name: Empowering Young Women in Entrepreneurship

Duration: 01.03.2025 - 31.08.2026

Sector: KA220-Youth - Cooperation partnerships in youth

Project Number: 2024-2-RO01-KA220-YOU-000280883

Website: https://ueproject.wixsite.com/elevate

The primary goal of the ELEVATE Program is to create a tailored Improvement Program designed to support young women from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds as they pursue launching a social enterprise, entering the workforce, or returning to education. The program aims to equip them with essential theoretical knowledge to develop their venture ideas and the financial literacy needed to make informed decisions supporting their successful journey.

Program activities will include creating specialised materials to assist aspiring young women entrepreneurs, followed by four pilot sessions involving 40 participants from partner countries. These sessions will test the materials and gather feedback to adapt the content to meet participants' needs better. All resources will be made freely available on the project website.

The target group is young women aged 18 to 34 from fragile households, who often experience low self-confidence and feelings of inadequacy. Despite these challenges, they aspire to transform their lives and create positive change. Many face financial barriers to realising their ideas, lack family support, and navigate difficulties rooted in their environment, cultural norms, and traditions.

EUnited

Project Full Name: Engaging Young Migrants from North Africa in Participative Video and Storytelling to Share Their Narratives

Duration: 01.01.2025 - 31.10.2026

Sector: KA220-Youth - Cooperation partnerships in youth

Project Number: KA220-YOU-66BE6E9D

Website: TBC

EUnited has been collaboratively designed by project partners to promote social inclusion and improve outreach to young North African migrants living in Europe. The initiative specifically targets those who face barriers related to their migrant status and potential discrimination based on race, ethnicity, or religion. In doing so, EUnited directly addresses the priority of “inclusion and diversity in youth.”

Through the use of participatory video and storytelling, EUnited will engage young migrants, supporting them in developing both digital competencies and storytelling skills. These tools will empower them to share their personal narratives—stories of displacement, forced migration, and the challenges of arrival and integration in European societies.

By using this creative, reflective process, the project aims to help participants process their own journeys, while also amplifying their voices to raise awareness about the specific and often underrepresented challenges they face.
